I’ve been meaning to start this blog for so long yet I either seemed to lack the time, drive, or courage to actually get going. Noticing that my eldest is almost as tall as me, I finally decided to dive in and start sharing my thoughts.

Being a mortgage broker pays my bills, however my existence these last few years, has revolved around my lifestyle: a single, self employed parent, trying to navigate through life with one son born to my ex husband and I, and one son I adopted from Kazakhstan 4 year ago. Son #1 is 11 years old, and son #2 is turning 8 shortly (even though I swear he’s a man in a little boy body). Dog-e, is our small yorkie, 4 pounds soaken wet with a larger than life personality.
